The tonkotsu ramen was great. The place was a little dead at 3:00, but the quiet time was nice. I couldn’t find anywhere to fill up a water bottle, but there was a bathroom available, and a security guard let me in to use it.
Went here for lunch right as they opened. Absolutely amazing for counter serve ramen. It comes in a plastic bowl and you have to eat it with a tiny plastic spoon, but it's like 90-95% as tasty as the full Mensho restaurants in SF and Oakland.
If you want lamb in your ramen like me, I recommend getting one of the lamb varieties, rather than adding lamb to the regular ramen as I did (my mistake, can't fault the store for this). It kind of overpowers the other flavors, but...read full review

Amazing ramen restaurant from the famed Mensho brand from Japan. Hiding at the back of The Market food hall. Really worth a visit!
