Amazing 🐋🐟🐟🐬🐠🐟🐬🐋🦀🐟🐋🐋souchi
My first Omakase and it was an exceptional experience. Each subtly seasoned piece a perfect one bite size. The last piece, le piece de resistance, was amaebi topped with uni. The best way to enjoy omakase is to let the chef set the pace of the servings - we spent a leisurely 2 hours at Koo.
I’m not sure how anyone can rate this place less than five stars. Amazing food. Traditional Japanese, but also modern flare if you’re interested.
