The afternoon tea is one of the best. The service is excellent.
A hidden gem in the Fairmont. Great food, good service, full bar and live music most evenings. The prix fixe menu for NYE was delicious. Food on par with some of the best restaurants in town.
Not sure about the other reviews, but the food was delicious and the service was amazing! Very attentive and filled my water, food did not take longer than anywhere else and they had the best Caesar salad I've ever had! Kids meals were great, amazing salmon which was surprising for the kids meals- cooked perfectly! And they had gluten free fries. Definitely recommend!

The food is generally good, ranging from average to above average. The Butternut squash and roasted pear soup is a standout dish. The bartender is praised for their great service. While the service is not horrible, it can be mediocre at times. The Santa Tea experience during the holidays is a wonderful event for children, with Santa himself engaging with the families. The ambiance, food, and friendly staff make for an enjoyable visit, though the service can be slow at times, which can be unacceptable considering the cost of the tea.
