About Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco

Marlena "Summer Camp at Hotel Zeppelin" offers a delightful dining experience with a seasonal 4-course menu and optional add-ons. The menu features dishes such as the delicious Marlena Milk Bread with smooth cultured butter, beautifully presented cured hiramasa, and the flavorful little gem salad. The sakura pork loin is a standout, and the chocolate creme and coffee cake provide a perfect balance of indulgence. The restaurant's unrushed service adds to the overall experience. With a pop-up location at Hotel Zeppelin, Marlena offers a tasting menu at $125, but also accepts walk-ins and provides an a la carte menu. The cocktails, like the toasted and fluffy, are a highlight, and the dishes, including the salad with peach and avocado sauce, salmon CRUDO, shrimp, chicken sandwich, and chocolate mousse, are all expertly prepared. Guests appreciate the fantastic location, just a block from iconic trams and close to Union Square and the BART system, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Chinatown and Salesforce Park. Marlena is a great spot for dinner, offering great value with its 4-course dinner for $50, contributing to a memorable dining experience in San Francisco.

The hotel itself is awesome- Love the vibe… on that note- don’t get a room anywhere near the back of the game room. They are always playing great rock music throughout the hotel but fail to turn it off on the small patio- It was playing LOUD ALL NIGHT and MORNING- we asked the front desk lady if they could turn it off after midnight and she was extremely dismissive- Not the first as we had to deal with her a few times and she was rude and dismissive each time and has...read full review
Hotel is not too far from Powell Street Bart station. We were made very welcome by the receptionist Madz who was extremely helpful and informative. Our room is very spacious and very well decorated with a big bathroom and a large TV. The hotel is close to Union Square and has plenty going on around it for dining etc. Looks a great place to stay
I was greeted with a warm smile by the front desk receptionist named Ben. He was so kind and knew I was checking a little early and allowed to me check in. He honestly made my day because I was having anxiety having to leave my stuff unattended. Thank you so much for your customer service Ben. I would give him 6/5 stars if I could. The hotel is nice and located centrally as well.
