Next Chapter is literally the next chapter of the old Pink Elephant Alibi. If you remember getting mimosas or going out here it’s very nostalgic and now an upscale Peruvian and Mediterranean cocktail bar. They have a bouncer and you walk in and feel like you’re in another country hotel and out of the city. Next Chapter Cocktails & Tapas Lounge is an incredible new spot that has it all, offering a Peruvian/Mediterranean menu with phenomenal food and excellent drinks. The atmosphere is top tier—cute, classy, and unassuming with an upscale vibe that feels sophisticated without being pretentious. Guests can enjoy a fun, energetic atmosphere with great music, from jungle beats to chill lounge vibes, perfect for a date night or a big event. The drink menu is really interesting, with beautifully made cocktails like the Midnight Confession, an espresso martini with crème de banana and vanilla notes, plus an impressive premium tequila selection. The food is surprisingly the star, with chicken empanadas, steak skewers, and empanadas packed with flavor, served with a green chimichurri sauce. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating, making guests feel like they are visiting a friend at work. Clean bathrooms and a cozy spot in the heart of Yerba Buena add to the experience. Truly a 10/10 experience, this lounge is what SF is missing, and guests are excited to bring friends from out of town.
