Nice with an upscale atmosphere. To our disappointment Four Seasons fell flat with our dinner dishes at Orafo and flopped with our server. We ordered the lamb and Branzino with the Octopus as our appetizer. The lamb was undercooked and pink, the Branzino was tasty but the octopus was rubbery and unchewable. Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel was beautiful and the food was delicious. But really impressed me was the level of service we received from the staff. They were all so kind and thoughtful: Jacki and MacKenzie at the front desk, Rob our waiter at the restaurant (soccer coach) Derrick, maintenance, helped us when our room had HVAC problems.
