Excellent food, somewhat expensive but convenience of location for pre-ballet or opera dinner makes it worth it. Last night, Valentine's Day, restaurant was pretty full and service was pretty slow. Had to skip dessert in the end due to time constraints and we had a 6:30 reservation for an 8 pm performance.
Even though the food is catered, it's always good off of the basic menu. This time we part took of the buffet and it was lovely. The service is always gracious, and our service people were friendly and attentive. I'd like dining here and will continue to do so.
The staff, servers, and bussers, etc., are superstars. They are very attentive and ready to respond immediately. The food is good, lots of salads and hot items to choose from at the buffet tables. The selection has decreased but that's probably a good thing; I don't over eat by trying each item.
