I have been having the porchetta sandwich for many years, I believe it used to be $8. Unfortunately, it has become less consistent. Every time I order one, I keep my fingers crossed to get a good one. But some preparers don’t trim down the fat and the sandwich is full of fat. Local food truck that opens for lunch on Tue, Thu and Sat. They work fast, but know what they are doing. Tried their Bruschetta sando and brussels sprouts. Both were very good!
