I purchase MANY bottles of the Beef Bone Broth. I have gotten TWO containers of Beef Bone Broth that have had chicken broth in them instead of the beef broth. I also have purchased a bottle of the broth where the seal was broken and the broth in the container was spoiled. I had to return it to the store for a refund. There are some SERIOUS ongoing Quality Control issues with your company!
I have had many good experiences with Roli Roti before at the farmers market in San Leandro, Bay Fair Mall. Today was by far the most disappointing.
I have had two times recently where the chicken was undercooked. The first time, I brought the chicken home and the skin was golden brown and we had to saw at the meat to get it to cut open, which means it was not cooked all the way.
