About Round House Cafe

Located in a historic building, the Round House Cafe offers an unforgettable experience with its stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Federal Prison. Despite its small size and limited seating, it remains a popular spot for visitors. The cafe serves delicious drinks and food, including the avocado toast and grilled veggies panni, which are known for their flavor and presentation. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, with a historic art deco design that adds to its appeal. The location is unbeatable, providing spectacular views of the bridge and bay while enjoying a good coffee or snack. The coffee is of good quality, and the sandwiches and pastries are fresh. The service is friendly and fast, making it a good place to visit before or after crossing the bridge. However, it can get very crowded, leading to long wait times, and the staff could find better ways to speed up customer service. The open entrance doors sometimes cause the floor to vibrate and let in freeway noise, but the good music and friendly environment help create a welcoming space. Overall, the cafe is an affordable spot for tourists and locals alike to enjoy great views, tasty meals, and good company.

Good was pretty good. Staff was great. My iced latte was the best I've had in years. Great views.

Probably one of the best coffee views I’ve had.
Highly recommend the Habibi Latte 👌🏼
It’s a bit pricey but the view makes up for it.
The wait is not too long, even though sometimes it gets a bit busy I never had to wait more than 5/10 minutes.

Literally came back again to the golden gate bridge just to taste the vegan BLT again, still delicious. Prices are descent for the location and for it being the US.
This time around the atmosphere was not that great, it was crazy busy (football world cup) and people were hustling hard for a place to sit. Had to wait a bit for the coffee but you can literally see the baristas speeding as much they could.
