Affordable, delicious, authentic, friendly, and good service. I used to live near Westportal for a number of years and fell in love with this restaurant, eating at it weekly. I returned for the first time since Covid began and it’s only gotten better. They’ve renovated the interior but the food is still just as authentic and incredible. I hope everyone gets a chance to eat here!My favourite order is:Xian Cold noodleXinjiang Noodle with LambPork and chive dumpling
Surprised to see Xian based food here! The liangpi are closest to Xian Famous Food quality in Bay Area and the lamb skewers have a great texture and the cumin is superb Highly recommend it! The serving sizes are HUGE so order accordingly !

My family is from Shandong and this was one of the most authentic Shandong restaurants I’ve eaten at outside of China! The dumplings tasted like my grandma’s ❤️ must try: Pork + Shrimp + Chives Dumplings, Black bean w Pork noodle (炸酱面), Marinated Pig Ear!! It was also super affordable, only ~$40 for 2 people!
