We went for a department lunch and we all very much enjoyed the bibimbap. The stone bowls come to your table at a scorching 500 degrees, so it continues to cook (the rice gets wonderfully crisp) as you eat. The flavor was nicely balanced. There wasn’t a ton of meat, but I didn’t mind at all. They serve 4 types of ban chan.
