Service is fast, ambiance is nice, but the food is so bad. It's overcooked and dry. I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was thin, heavy battered, and nearly impossible to chew. The fries were so oil and hard, your basically just eating fryer oil. I also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, it was decent but still subpar, McDonald's taste better.
I was early for my flight this morning and had breakfast at Valencia street. This is a walk up and order restaurant, and food is delivered to your table. I had a complete breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast. Hubs had the crispy chicken sandwich. All the potatoes were the coated type, which is not my favorite, but they weren't too bad. Eggs were possibly from a mix, but there were a lot of them. We could have split one meal. They were large! My overall opinion was alright, but what really made my experience was an employee named Julien. He single handedly turned a 3 star into a 5 star experience! Absolutely made my day and put a smile on my face and of course had to tip!
