I would have given a 5 star review because everything about this place except the price was incredible. Everything was juicy and delicious I would recommend but only if you have a lot of money because dang it was expensive. Service was quick and friendly. Incredibly attentive.
Excellent service by the folks here at Edomasa. Especially the hostess who was so kind and gracious to show us to our seats even thought we were rushing back to the restaurant to check-in and barely made it. Parties were promptly seated and they are very efficient on service. Cozy interior with a bar vibe but I don't suggest bringing a group here as the place is small. Edomasa specializes in chicken and fully brings out the potential of this somewhat underrated piece of meat....read full review

Edomasa is a great addition to the Jtown mall. If you're looking to eat about ten skewers, it's definitely the best option. I really enjoyed many of the meats they had: gizzard, smelt, karaage, etc. However, I wasn't as huge a fan of the salmon (plain) and scallop (overcooked). Hoping to check it out again soon!
