AT Kitchen Reviews
This spot is part of a food truck collective , with plenty of seating available if you’d rather enjoy your meal there than take it to go. It’s a fun, casual setup with lots of options around. The absolute standout was the crab rangoon nachos. They were loaded with a generous crab filling, and topped with a sweet-and-spicy sauce that tied everything together beautifully. It’s the kind of dish I’d happily order again. The hot and sour beef was satisfying, and pleasantly...read full review
The food has great taste, loved it.
Tried their crab rangoon nachos and it was amazing. Id recommend calling and ordering ahead as its usually a 35-40min wait for food to arrive.

AT Kitchen is a family-run food truck that made its debut in April 2026 at The Hidden Foodie Lot in Alum Rock. The truck has been popping off thanks to two viral dishes: Crab Rangoon Nachos and Crispy Pad See Ew, and they are the only spot in the bay serving them. The Crab Rangoon Nachos are a classic Chinese-American app given the TikTok treatment, drizzled with a mix of sauces and a flavor bomb of savory, sweet, tangy, mildly spicy, and umami goodness with creamy and crunchy textures in every bite. Fried to order, they don't skimp on the surimi and cream cheese filling. The Crispy Pad See Ew had wide, flat rice noodles with a nice mix of crispy and chewy textures, though the gravy was bland and lacked the sweet, savory umami flavor. The gai lan was undercooked while the shrimp was overcooked. The Green Thai Tea was a great combo with the meal. The food is made fresh to order, and the wait time can be long, with some customers waiting over 40 minutes. The truck is located at SPARK Social San Jo, with seating right in front and plenty of dining tables during lunch hour. The service is great, with friendly and conversational cashiers and sweet smiles that welcomed you. The food is 10/10, and the Crab Rangoon Nachos are a MUST try, with the perfect crab mixture in the middle and the best crisp on the outside. The crispy pad see ew is super flavorful, and the sliced peppers on top add the perfect kick. Be patient when coming, as it is only a gentlemen and his wife making everything to order, but worth it 1000%.
