“GREAT garoto coffee...the espresso with foamy milk.. so smooth, not bitter nor too strong. The portuguese cheese and prosciutto sandwich was good but next time will not get it toasted as the cold cheese itself is wonderful! the Pasteis di nata are the best littleegg tarts as I found them to be a bit dry, but then again get another coffee! Owner was so friendly and the place adequate for being an older establishmen.“

“My wife and I moved here after living in Latin America for years, and we were incredibly happy to discover an empanada shop that has such great flavors. Very authentic ingredients as well as some surprises like the Panzerotti. Their Mexican Mocha was also fantastic! Not overly sweet, which is so hard to find in a mocha. We literally haven't ordered anything here yet that wasn't delicious. Highly recommended!“

“Outstanding cafe at our building . Owners are caring , make excellent food, and great variety. fair pricing, especially for hand made fresh food. Enchilada day in my favorite. the 1 star review from reviewer B.S. is nonsense ( he gives 1 stars all the time, including 7-11 LOL) , this cafe is an amazing local resource.

Parking: Good ADA compliance, lots of parking in back ADA spots mostly not used.

“I love coming here to work and their bubble teas are very tasty, however - please make the drinks less sweet or allow adjusting the sweetness!!!!!! Only a few of their drinks allow to reduce the sweetness level, which is too bad because a lot of the flavors are so tasty. They end up being quite unhealthy and I’m sure many people would prefer less sugar.“

We got the earl grey and strawberry matcha. 10/10😋 the strawberry purée wasn’t overpowering and the perfect sweetness, early grey gave such a nice sweet kick to the matcha & the matcha itself is great quality. “No complaints here! An unassuming little shop tucked away in a busy plaza. The staff here are friendly and quick. You can hear them juicing the sugarcane as you order. Very fresh and good quality nuoc mia (sugarcane juice).I also tried the pate chaud, which were $1.15 each. These were tasty! Very crispy puff pastry with a good amount of meat. The flavor is quite peppery and savory. I recommend!! They also accept Apple Pay :)“

“Got the super burritto and the shrimp cocktail...very delicious! A hint of sweetness, nice toastiness on the tortilla. The salsa with the chips had a nice smokey flavor and spiciness to it--spicy enough for my husband to need something to drink! The food is properly seasoned and not overly spicy which is great for a soft-mouth like me :)

The place was packed on a sunday at lunch time, a great sign that the food is good. The lady who helped us was friendly and understanding.

Mostly indoor seating but we sat at the one outside table under the umbrella.

“Didn’t want to go out for lunch so w stopped by this little place. There’s daily specials and they also have sandwiches and wraps. I ordered In the club, it’s a club sandwich. It had a lot of protein in it and was rather large and came with a bag of chips. It had ham, chicken, bacon, etc. Delicious! The staff are so nice too. It was around $15 for the sandwich and chips. I took half home.“

Also ordered the banh mi and caprese sandwiches. Both were excellent in preparation and taste and ingredients. I like to say “it’s made with love”. You can tell they take pride in everything they prepare.

Hanh is extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen her a few times when I stop by.

I've ordered:
-japanese matcha soy tea $5.75, similar to starbucks matcha latte
-thai tea with boba $6.15
-pistachio macaraon $2.25

I personally drink the matcha one...definitely on the sweeter side. Also the boba can definitely be a bit hit or miss...so buyer beware!

Usually easy parking in the plaza...could be busy during peak hours.

“The first time I walked in, absolutely stunning. The decor, the food, all amazing. Their pandan waffles were thick and delicious (thank goodness for the buy three get one free deal), the boba was absolutely delicious, and the place gave a homey and calm atmosphere with wooden accents. 10/10, would go again :)“

“I am basing this rating on the flavors I ordered and the taste. I ordered from a kiosk so I did not have any interaction with the boba makers to make any comment about service. However, I can say the order came quickly.

I unfortunately did not take pics of the drinks itself but I ordered a few drinks. The Egg Cream, 0% sweet, extra shot, less ice. This drink still has sweetness to it which was probably the condensed milk. I also got a Vietnamese Coffee, 50% sweet, no ice. This drink was actually less sweet than the egg cream but also delicious. Lastly I ordered the Taro Latte, 0%, no ice. This was delicious. I am really into shots of coffee with a Ube milk tea or Ube cream.
The inside was cute. It has plenty of seating including couch seating and a neon sign.
I'll definitely visit another location if I run across one.

Parking: They have a large lot because other businesses are surrounding it. But if the place is packed, parking can be difficult“

“This review is primarily for their new Mediterranean Bowl Bar. I work nearby so have stopped at this quaint cafe to pick up a pastry in the past. I noticed the other day that they had some new Mediterranean Salad Bowl so I went in to check it out. Turns out, they just started doing a Chipotle-style build your bowl. The lady who helped me was so nice and walked me through all the options. All of the ingredients are homemade fresh there and I must say, I was very impressed. You get to pick a base, main, 3 dips, toppings, and a dressing. I opted for 1/2 quinoa/greens, 1/2 chicken/grilled veggies, hummus, tzatziki, feta, pickled onions, cabbage, pickles, olives. For dressing, I tried the creamy garlic. The bowl size was huge and everything was delicious!

It’s a small place, so seating can be a little limited, but definitely will be back to pickup another salad bowl. It’s so nice to have another healthy bowl option in the area that offers fresh ingredients. I hope they continue to offer this.“

First job and the only job if you don't have good English and have immigrant parents. Not easy. Support the local Asian economy. No nudity or funny biz like the other places. “The only reason i’m writing this review is because of the service. I was pretty nervous to order something new so when i got an okinawa milk tea (D11) i realized my mistake. i had got it with fresh milk meaning the drink was almost entirely milk. However, as i told the cashier my conundrum, the cashier was still incredibly nice and welcoming. she offered to make me the okinawa roasted milk tea (D13) to replace the one i already ordered. and nail in the coffin was that the new drink is now one of my favorites. she was completely understanding and sweet and i’m definitely coming back!! <33“
