“The place is big and has a great selection. We tried the banana latte and it was amazing!! Not sure if it’s seasonal but it was sooo goood!! The parking for this building can be limited so just expect that but it definitely worth it! I also tried one of their pastries and it was deeeelicious!!“

“GREAT garoto coffee...the espresso with foamy milk.. so smooth, not bitter nor too strong. The portuguese cheese and prosciutto sandwich was good but next time will not get it toasted as the cold cheese itself is wonderful! the Pasteis di nata are the best littleegg tarts as I found them to be a bit dry, but then again get another coffee! Owner was so friendly and the place adequate for being an older establishmen.“

“My wife and I moved here after living in Latin America for years, and we were incredibly happy to discover an empanada shop that has such great flavors. Very authentic ingredients as well as some surprises like the Panzerotti. Their Mexican Mocha was also fantastic! Not overly sweet, which is so hard to find in a mocha. We literally haven't ordered anything here yet that wasn't delicious. Highly recommended!“

“No complaints here! An unassuming little shop tucked away in a busy plaza. The staff here are friendly and quick. You can hear them juicing the sugarcane as you order. Very fresh and good quality nuoc mia (sugarcane juice).I also tried the pate chaud, which were $1.15 each. These were tasty! Very crispy puff pastry with a good amount of meat. The flavor is quite peppery and savory. I recommend!! They also accept Apple Pay :)“

“RECOMMENDED!!! This place is new. I came here 2 weeks ago to try the food here for the first time. Service was good by the owner and one waitress. They took the time to recommend me dishes and make sure checking if I liked the food. They have an $11.99 menu which consists of 6 items. We ordered: 1) Noodles Tofu w/ shrimp paste sauce platter (5/5) - This is all about the crispy tofu, fresh meat and veggies, and what seal them all together is the amazing sauce. 2) Pork Offal Porridge (5/5) - this is only $11.99. I’m not a hard core offal eater so if it’s not fresh and prepared well, I can’t eat it. But this place made it so clean and fresh, I ate everything. This is my #1 place to go for offal porridge. 3) Bread with steak combo pan (4/5) - I like it, the steak is better than a lot of places. 4.) Beef Stew egg noodles (4/5) - this is good and seasoning on point. I wish there was a little more meat. I got more tendon than meat. I like the kumquat salt and pepper to dip. 5) Rotisserie chicken with rice (?/5) - I ordered this togo for someone else to try. I asked her to let me know if it’s good. She called and said she liked it and was good. I would recommend this place. At least try their $11.99 menu. I don’t think this is offered anywhere. I’m coming back for the porridge and try other things on the menu.“

“Brand-new place that is family-run. Food is quite good; we tried the Tuscan sandwich at $13.99 that had prosciutto, salami, and fresh mozzarella with arugula, tomato, pesto, and a nice dressing served on ciabatta. It was very good and the sandwich was a satisfying size. My GF had the pork banh mi. While the banh mi was good, the thing going for it was the cost and size compared to other sandwich places. I would say it is def better than Lee’s.

Ordering kiosks. Not a fan, but the one at Arôme is relatively straightforward because the menu isn’t unwieldy.

Wide variety of drinks and something for everyone.

“Got the super burritto and the shrimp cocktail...very delicious! A hint of sweetness, nice toastiness on the tortilla. The salsa with the chips had a nice smokey flavor and spiciness to it--spicy enough for my husband to need something to drink! The food is properly seasoned and not overly spicy which is great for a soft-mouth like me :)

The place was packed on a sunday at lunch time, a great sign that the food is good. The lady who helped us was friendly and understanding.

Mostly indoor seating but we sat at the one outside table under the umbrella.

“I love coming here to work and their bubble teas are very tasty, however - please make the drinks less sweet or allow adjusting the sweetness!!!!!! Only a few of their drinks allow to reduce the sweetness level, which is too bad because a lot of the flavors are so tasty. They end up being quite unhealthy and I’m sure many people would prefer less sugar.“

“Phin Bar coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I first found out about them when they came to an office event- and made iced phin coffee right in front of us. Ever since then, I’ve followed them on Instagram to find whenever they’re having flash sales. They are consistently excellent and very good at communicating with customers. Just follow their IG for when a new sale is happening! Or maybe book them for an office event. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Vietnamese coffee shop owned by 2 sisters. 30+ years. Staffed by Vietnamese kids some who have poor english. They trying to make a living. First job and the only job if you don't have good English and have immigrant parents. Not easy. Support the local Asian economy. No nudity or funny biz like the other places. Hanh is extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen her a few times when I stop by.

I've ordered:
-japanese matcha soy tea $5.75, similar to starbucks matcha latte
-thai tea with boba $6.15
-pistachio macaraon $2.25

I personally drink the matcha one...definitely on the sweeter side. Also the boba can definitely be a bit hit or miss...so buyer beware!

Usually easy parking in the plaza...could be busy during peak hours.

“The first time I walked in, absolutely stunning. The decor, the food, all amazing. Their pandan waffles were thick and delicious (thank goodness for the buy three get one free deal), the boba was absolutely delicious, and the place gave a homey and calm atmosphere with wooden accents. 10/10, would go again :)“

“I am basing this rating on the flavors I ordered and the taste. I ordered from a kiosk so I did not have any interaction with the boba makers to make any comment about service. However, I can say the order came quickly.

I unfortunately did not take pics of the drinks itself but I ordered a few drinks. The Egg Cream, 0% sweet, extra shot, less ice. This drink still has sweetness to it which was probably the condensed milk. I also got a Vietnamese Coffee, 50% sweet, no ice. This drink was actually less sweet than the egg cream but also delicious. Lastly I ordered the Taro Latte, 0%, no ice. This was delicious. I am really into shots of coffee with a Ube milk tea or Ube cream.
The inside was cute. It has plenty of seating including couch seating and a neon sign.
I'll definitely visit another location if I run across one.

Parking: They have a large lot because other businesses are surrounding it. But if the place is packed, parking can be difficult“

“This review is primarily for their new Mediterranean Bowl Bar. I work nearby so have stopped at this quaint cafe to pick up a pastry in the past. I noticed the other day that they had some new Mediterranean Salad Bowl so I went in to check it out. Turns out, they just started doing a Chipotle-style build your bowl. The lady who helped me was so nice and walked me through all the options. All of the ingredients are homemade fresh there and I must say, I was very impressed. You get to pick a base, main, 3 dips, toppings, and a dressing. I opted for 1/2 quinoa/greens, 1/2 chicken/grilled veggies, hummus, tzatziki, feta, pickled onions, cabbage, pickles, olives. For dressing, I tried the creamy garlic. The bowl size was huge and everything was delicious!

It’s a small place, so seating can be a little limited, but definitely will be back to pickup another salad bowl. It’s so nice to have another healthy bowl option in the area that offers fresh ingredients. I hope they continue to offer this.“
