“This place had all the vibes of the perfect donut shop, from the delicious donuts to the lovely atmosphere. Stopped by on break to grab an apple fritter, which was excellent, and the jelly filled options are also excellent. The shop owners were kind and inviting, and I highly recommend everyone stop by to try out their selection. (note: they are cash only, but there is an ATM on site)

Parking: Parking in San Francisco is either super easy or impossible, depending on how lucky you are.

“This particular branch is located inside Mitsuwa; to the left when you walk in...past Hokkaido Ramen Santouka. They do a great job with the Mochi Donuts here. The Mochi Cupcakes are also very good. While this isn't a standalone venue, the menu here seems to be expanding frequently. In addition to their standard Mochi Donuts they keep adding new items. Not that I'm complaining...just an observation. Actually I'm ecstatic! I haven't seen some of these creative new items before. #Sugar ~ Matcha Mochisada - 5/5 These were amazing. Not too sweet or bitter, perfectly balanced Matcha cream on the inside. ~ Mochi Cupcake Black Sesame - 4/5 Excellent flavor. Not too sweet or bitter and the texture is spot on; delightfully chewy without being too dry. I prefer the Cupcakes over the donuts, better texture for me. ~ Matcha BRIOCHE - 4/5 Another brilliant creation. Mochi Brioche with Matcha cream filling. Delish! Sugar is my favorite accompanied by the chocolate glazed old fashioned. The make breakfast sando’s, serve hot coffee and have a fridge filled with breakfast beverages (7-11 in the same shopping center). Private parking off of Camden Ave and Doordash is available.“

Delicious turkey sandwich! The pickled jalapeños were such a nice touch! I got the #38 but instead of pastrami, I asked for turkey instead. Very filling! Affordable price! Croissant was nice and flaky and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

“We stopped by here to grab some donuts and breakfast sandwiches. We got custard filled chocolate glazed donut, raspberry jelly donut, roasted beef sandwich, and turkey and egg sandwich. The lady working the counter was very friendly and nice. She gave us free glazed donut. The donuts and croissant were very delicious… right amount of sweetness and good texture.

The place itself is quite run down with old faded exterior and interior. So good place for takeout.

It hit the spot as we’ve been out of the country for around 3 weeks. They also now have cronut holes. They’re pretty good, but still prefer their regular donut holes.“

“My favorite local donut shop. They tend to be busy but they get people in and out very quickly. They have a variety of fresh yummy donuts and usually thrown in an extra when you purchase a dozen. My favs are the glaze, chocolate and cinnamon twists - love the classics. Their breakfast croissant sandwiches are really good too. I like the #1 with jalapenos. Can't go wrong here!“

“Mochicream has a stand in Plano, TX at one point and decided to close shop. It was a very sad day to see it go. They had the best mochi ever! Their mochi is flown over from Japan and arrives frozen. Once you thaw it, you get this very soft, delicate texture that's rich and creamy. The most popular one is double mango. It's sold out on the weekends so it's best to order a lot if you are a fan of mango. Other flavor that are a hit, cafe au lait, black sesame, blueberry and azuki. Don't let the price deter you from trying the most amazing mochi.“
