Went back recently and the service left much to be desired. The guy taking our order got mad that we asked if they had other types of typical taco meat. He also told us we couldn't get tacos without onions. The tortillas this time around were cold and didn't taste like they had just made them. The first time I came here I was pleasantly surprised. It was on a random day of the week. This time around I came on a Friday and the service was not what I had experienced the first time.
The food truck is tucked in a parking lot adjacent to a Harley dealership off of Parkmoor Ave. This is my 3rd time trying the place so I thought I should review my experience. You need to know for a food truck it's very expensive -1 star. However, I enjoy the food and have always been very satisfied with the portions and the taste of everything we have ordered. Super legit and authentic. Overall, it depends which meat you get. The big chicharron was absolutely worth it. Super crispy texture on the outside. On the inside, very tender. Chewy, but soft. A lot of fat content. Very good. The flavor was great. For the big chicharron order, they give you a huge tortilla with cheese. It was like a quesadilla. Amazing cheese flavor and texture.
