I come here at least once a week for a double chicken tostada salad. I always use the drive thru and I never have to wait long. The staff at the window is always nice, my food is always delicious and the chicken hot. The woman who is normally at the window is so sweet and she always gives me extra dressing and sauces. I have no complaints what so ever and am actually a bit surprised by the bad reviews.
Food at El Pollo Loco is fantastic always look forward to it Services great atmosphere not so great please be advised there is a homeless population around the area so most likely you will run into a panhandler the advise

Sighs. Today was like the 6th time ever for me to buy food here, n it is the 2nd time I'm so disappointed. I got my chicken n it was on the verge of turning cold, again. I love El Pollo Loco, esp when I buy it n eat it right away in the car, but today, again, I had to wait to get home to heat it up. Customer service is awesome, but idk y they gave me chicken that's cold.
