Kuyas is hard to find but worth the effort! Everything on their menu is made from scratch - the longanisa was especially delicious. We had pork chan, tocino, longanisa and the chicken adobo flakes, split between rice bowls and noodle bowls. The breakfast bowls are a little smaller than the other bowls, just to note. Found this place on Yelp, and wanted to come here for a quick meal to pickup. We were a little surprised that they only have pickup and no sitdown, but we ordered on our phone in our car and waited. We got the Sisig Home Made Longanisa Breakfast Bowl and Chicken Mamanok Rice Bowl.
