Quick coffee stop before we would proceed to board our bird. The coffee was a bit too strong for my taste thought he service was quick and efficient. The gentleman at the counter ( behind the cash register) who was serving us was very helpful and absolutely quick. However the lady on who was in charge of making lattes etc was probably overworked or so and definitely sounded, acted rude( Not complaining, just stating!!!) The line for ordering was long and very slow. I didn't notice there were Kiosks available until almost at the end. They were placed at the end of the line from one POV (blocked by all the customers in front) and behind the pillar from the other POV. The selection on the Kiosk was extremely limited, and I had to go back to the long line. When I finally got to order, they only had almond milk available as the alternative (on a Monday morning). RACIST EMPLOYEES An incident that happened at San Jose Airport (Peet's coffee near Gate 25) on 1/13/2024, around 2:10pm.
