This place has changed. It seems like it only welcomes people from certain races. The service from the bartenders was non existent.
I stopped by in the afternoon and ordered a Crown royal.
But I think the ownership has been changed , the whole style becomes young and cool .

Great Latin music, but probably don’t go if you can’t order in Spanish. Cash only.
