Really authentic and great tasting Bengali food - both snacks and traditional items like Basanti Pulao and Mutton Kosha. The standard items like Butter Chicken were delicious too. And great service. Highly recommend for both dine in and take out
Really authentic Bengali food. Good portion size. Sadly due to downtown San Jose location the restaurant was getting more delivery orders than dine in but would definetly recommend a sit down meal to experience hot rice and fish. Will come again next time I am in town too.

The Eden Gardens (Indian Delicacy) offers authentic Bengali cuisine that is not oily and full of genuine flavor. Guests praise the delicious food, especially the Goat Curry and Soya Chaap, which melt in the mouth. They also enjoy dishes like paneer, butter chicken, tandoori fish, and rice dishes including misti pulao and rice with ghee, which are more moist and juicy. The restaurant is well-maintained, organized, and features a cozy, well-decorated ambiance, making it a great place for dine-in or bulk to-go orders. The friendly and quick staff enhance the dining experience. It is considered a hidden gem and the best Indian restaurant in San Jose and the Bay Area, with many customers excited to try Bengali specialties like goat kasha, shrimp malai, luchi, and tandoori chicken.
