I went to Trung Nguyen Cafe in San Jose’s Vietnam Town and tried their egg coffee, one of their signature drinks. The place was pretty quiet for a Saturday morning, but I actually liked the calm vibe. Coffee is strong and feels authentic, which is what you’d expect from a well-known Vietnamese coffee brand. Best outdoor seating! Looks like a jungle. Should be cool in summer. Coffee was strong for my taste
