I’ve eaten here multiple times now, and the food, to my surprise, is good! I’m picky about the meat but it’s tender and the bread is so fluffy and soft! The service was also pretty fast, and atmosphere was pretty welcoming!
I came here with my girlfriend after a long walk near the park and thought to visit for lunch we ordered a build-your-own flatbread.
We thought it was okay, nothing special. Didn't really taste sourdough taste/flavour per se. And just like having a decent flatbread.

Came here for lunch and got the French dip, SUPER good! Great service and clean space too!

West Coast Sourdough - San Jose Meridian Ave offers good food with tender meat and fluffy, soft bread. The build-your-own flatbread was okay, though it didn't really taste like sourdough. Food and sourdough are great, and the bread makes the sandwich, which is always fresh. However, service can be terribly slow, with waits of 30-45 minutes for a simple sandwich. Ordering ahead is recommended, as in-store prices were cheaper than pick-up prices, and waiting can waste time. The sandwiches, like pastrami and Italian, were not that great, though the bread was ok. Extras like pickles and peppers cost more, so it can get pricey quick. Parking is terrible and congested at peak times. The atmosphere is pretty welcoming, and service was fast at times.
