“My favorite local banh mi spot. These guys make about as authentic a banh mi as you can find anywhere. Everything exactly as it needs to be, and nothing that it doesn't. “Fantastic & authentic yogurt rice! (The TS comes in large portions, I couldn’t finish a single large TS.)

I consider myself a bit of an Indian yogurt connoisseur, and I believe this is the closest to home-style ThayirSadam that I’ve eaten in the US :)

The owner cares a lot about the food and experience, and took time to walk me through the menu and his story. (He told me how his son painted the mural with elements from his childhood and the restaurant’s theme — that was pretty cool!)
