Yummy Chinese BBQ with very reasonable price! We go to this place for Chinese BBQ and rolled rice noodle even we live in Alameda!
This place doesn't deserve such a poor rating. While I've had better duck and BBQ pork elsewhere, the portions were very generous and service was quick and cordial. A solid neighborhood spot.
I go here for the rice porridge and the pork and duck. Good prices and good portion sizes.

Manor Point Kitchen offers generous portions, quick and cordial service, and solid Cantonese cuisine. Their BBQ, including roast duck and pork, is consistently good, and their dim sum options, such as Har Gow and Shu Mai, are a great value. Authentic dishes like clay pot rice and steam noodle are also perfectly cooked.
