Clay pot rice is delicious 👍 rice is crispy on the bottom. I ordered the chicken and mushroom clay pot rice and the chicken is juicy
Came in late (8:30 on a Sunday). Happy with the hours, location, food and service. Price to taste ratio was within reason, especially given the hours. At that time, parking was pretty easy too. If you find yourself looking for Chinese food later in the evening, keep this spot in consideration.
This is our go to whenever we want standard good Chinese food. Food reminds us of the former Daimo restaurant that use to be across the street. Can't go wrong with any of the dishes. I rated it 4 stars because of the rising prices.

Wonderful Cafe is a newly-opened Hong-Kong-style café in San Leandro that serves standard good Chinese food and Cantonese cuisine. It is a go-to spot for many, and the food reminds some of the former Daimo restaurant that use to be across the street. The food comes out incredibly fast, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The dishes are delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish is freshly made and reminds of the classic Hong Kong café experience. The Hong Kong milk tea is rich and smooth, and the baked dishes and noodles are excellent. Portions are generous. The service is warm and attentive, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making guests feel very welcome. The owner is warm and welcoming and even treats guests to several house specialties, fruit, and extra dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, and the chill atmosphere is appreciated. Ordering is easy and can be done with your phone. Parking is pretty easy. The price to taste ratio is within reason. Hours are happy, and it is a spot to keep in consideration for Chinese food later in the evening. Highly recommended.
