Reliability is important and this place is not reliable.
I also came 2 weeks ago at 10:30 AM. The place has a sign stating it opens at 10:30AM and there was no one inside. I waited until 10:40 and no signs at all if it would open. In the meantime, like 5 customers came and left.
Super lame location. Shame to the owners for not caring about its customers enough to post a sign.

An employee let me know that this place is a franchise of Little Caesers and basically the cheap owners don't want to give customers red chilli peppers and Parmesan cheese to customers. They don't even have a supply of it. I'll just drive a little further to the other little caesers who do provide customers toppings!
