I really want to love this place, as it's a local mom n pop shop and convenient for sandwiches, however, this is the second time in the last 3 months we have been overcharged.

Today I ordered a "lite lunch" 3" Tuna which includes a drink. I also ordered a 6" Ham and cheese combo- I ordered an extra bag of chips to complete both meals and was charged for 2 drinks + a medium combo. In short, I was charged for an extra drink at 2.90

The last time we came, we ordered 1 Meatball, 2 ham n cheeses, and made 2 a combo. All sandwiches were 6", however we were charged 2 combos and 2 drinks.

Either combo only means chips, which is 4.85 for a bag, or we are getting double charged for drinks.“

“Tried out this banh mi shop on our vacation and it was so good. We got the pork meatball sandwiches which were delicious. The seasoning was perfect and the meatballs were not dry like other places. The baguettes were crispy on the outside and soft in the center. If you come here, you HAVE TO get the Vietnamese coffee. We also tried the flan, which was good too.“

“My coworkers and I would frequent this restaurant often. I would normally get one of the Large Pho bowls but other times I would venture out to Rice Vermicelli Noodles. These noodles were served with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mints, pickled carrots and daikon, roasted peanuts and fish sauce. This instance I got it with grilled chicken and egg rolls. Great food all the time!“

Been coming here when they first opened up before the name change, staff is lovely, foods always been fresh, I come here about 5 x a month, take food to family, broccoli is never overcooked, noodles are always delicious, spicy chicken, BBQ pork, everythings good here... And you already know about the portions, meal prep worthy with about 3lb of food !!! Lol I'd give them more stars if it were possible. “Trying to contact the owner. Owner, when will you be at the restaurant?? Thank you. Sadly the on floor manager, Nick, now claiming to be the owner in today's conversation, will not honor a gift card our friend bought for us a few months back. Nick is very agressive, harsh, and sadly not a good face for this amazing restaurant. Our family has been eatting here for 3 generations ever since they opened. We have watched several sets of family member take over operating this family business, and have loved ever member prior. However, Nick is an unfortunate one. With a gift card receipt stating Nick's name, he denies selling a gift card to anyone but one person. Nick has unfortunately ruined our favorite family restaurant. If the real owner ever reads this, I hope we can work something out. My recommendation, eat somewhere else. Its not worth the gruff service and the potential to get screwed. :/“

“Great food at solid portions and price. We order pretty frequently. I usually order a different dish each time and they are always good. My husband sticks to the House Special Mi Fen, which I think has shrimp, pork, beef, chicken in it? He really loves it!“

“Ordered a grilled beef sandwich and a taro smoothie with boba to go, but I ended up eating it inside because it felt right! The taro smoothie was not the best (however the boba’s texture was perfect). The sandwich was good, I added some hot chili sauce and Hoisin sauce to give it more flavor, the quality of the beef they used was mid (had fat and pieces that were hard to chew) and they could have been more generous with was amount of meat they put in the sandwiches. My server (Minh) was a very sweet and helpful guy and the service was very quick. They had the food ready in 5 minutes.“
