Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had.
You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.
Incredibly fresh and fast ramen. This is one of my favorite spots to stop by. Cynthia is super kind and helpful. You will love this spot. Most jammy yummy egg!
Not a lot of variety which is why this place gets a 4. Other than that excellent customer service and the aesthetic of this restaurant is cute.

HiroNori Craft Ramen offers fabulous service and delicious food with generous portions at a reasonable price. The Tonkotsu and Shoyu ramen are standout dishes, with bouncy thick noodles stealing the show. Customers can also enjoy crispy chicken and crispy rice with spicy tuna. The restaurant accommodates dietary restrictions. Some customers were surprised by a mandatory 16% tip for two people, which affected their overall experience. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the menu is small but well-chosen, including dishes like fried chicken and the noodles. Service is fast and friendly, and the presentation of the food is often praised. The broth in the Tonkotsu ramen is rich but not too thick, and the pork is well marinated and soft, although some wish the slices were thinner. The restaurant adds a service charge automatically to the bill. Overall, HiroNori Craft Ramen remains a top choice for good food, efficient service, and a cozy dining experience.
