The food is still as good as it was 20 years ago. Not sure how many different owners Phil's has had over the years yet have maintained the taste and quality of the food. The Steak Sandwich is my husbands favorite, mainly because it's not chopped up meat it's a whole piece of steak cooked to order which he always orders medium and the consistency is on spot. I saw this place and decided to stop by for a burger. Might not look like much from the outside, but it has some of the best burgers I have had! Price is just right, the staff is friendly and quick to hand out the orders! The dining area has A/C as well so it is very comfortable inside! There seems to be enough parking in the rear as well. Definitley stop by this place for good food! :D
