As a loyal customer of the original Casa MaƱana a few blocks away, I wanted to give this new location at the former Iron Springs brewery a try. The food is just as good as ever, but the atmosphere isn't nearly as cozy or inviting as the family-run original. The place was almost completely empty at prime dinner time on a Thursday night, so I don't expect it to be around for very long. I'll probably be sticking with the old place like most loyal customers.
A very comfortable restaurant in the center of downtown San Rafael with a great menu. A chocolaty mole that's a pure delight. And a very thoughtful and helpful server, too! Good vibes.
