The chicken mole was excellent as were the rice and beans that came with it and the spicy salsas too. One of the better Mexican meals. The staff was incredibly kind and provided exceptional service. The carne asada tacos are a bit small and the meat may not be seasoned well, but the garlic mojo shrimp are delicious. The flan dessert is also available, but may be too small for the price. The carne asada burrito with cheese tasted amazing. El Rincon Del Palmar truly has the best burritos of any Mexican restaurant. A hidden gem with great food and service. The restaurant looks better than ever. Overall, the restaurant is a good option for those looking for a quick meal or a taste of their shrimp dish.
