“Spent the afternoon outside of the city and found the perfect spot for lunch. Food was delicious and prices were even better. Staff were beyond friendly and kind. The Samosas were to die for. W got samosas, chicken tikka, and extra nan. IYKYK. 10/10 will be coming back!“
“Himalayan Kitchen in San Rafael is the BEST!We ordered our food to go for a staff event. Everyone, even our pickiest eaters, enjoyed the selections.All the food is fragrant, bursting with flavor, and not oily. The saag paneer cubes are tastier and more flavorful than any we've had before, as is the spinach in that dish!It's traditional, yet lighter Indian style, and, therefore, different in a significant way! The butter chicken was so delicious. We ordered mild for those who can't handle the heat, but the spices were still abundant. Everything was flavorful and created with much care and love.The chow mein was a BIG hit, too! There were rave reviews all around!Our group didn't dine in the restaurant, but I noticed cheery, artful lighting and cleanly furnished spaces while visiting for our order.
