I am giving this company a bad review because they have terrible customer service. I will say their coffee is good and that's what kept me coming back, but of the three times I've tried ordering from them I've only had a worse experience each time. The first delivery was late despite me emailing them to check in, I received no information from them that I didn't explicitly ask for. The second order was the same but two weeks late, in both cases no shipping information is provided....read full review
