“As the Starbucks in the middle of the shopping center has declined in service quality and inventory management, this one appears to be the "secret alternative." It's not as great is the other one ONCE WAS, but this one -- "hidden" in Safeway -- works terrifically.“
“Great coffee and fresh pastry. Tends to be crowded when open, sometimes closed at inconvenient times. A short walk from Pings for coffee after good Chinese food when they are open. Noisy and uncomfortable seats so we went to the car to enjoy the coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Our granddaughters love it, they have containers for their favorite drinks
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access“
“Clean. No trouble finding parking. I went to this location twice in one week. Both times it was not crowded. I'm sure they get rushes, but it was nice to be able to get in and out with ease. Walk in only. No drive thru. Standard Starbucks quality coffee. Nice location.“
“The only drawback this location, is when sbux employees are on break, the target worker who fills in isn't checked out on making more than simple coffee, couldn't even make a simple hot chocolate, otherwise I had no issues with this sbux location“
“Love the ladies at Starbucks on B St in the Safeway store in San Rafael, especially Lilia and Karen. They are as always in a good mood and really friendly. They make the best Carmel Macchiato, much better than the Starbucks on Irwin or the Starbucks in the shopping center area where KFC is located.“
“So I just walked out, I ordered a pickup for a different store and I didn’t realize until I was waiting and waiting for my number to get called, and the barista there, didn’t get names but still helped me with a new order. Exceptional service.“
