“I wasn't planning on eating here. I was driving down Main Street looking for lunch when Tri-Valley Bistro caught my eye. A convenient parking spot sealed the deal, so I figured, why not?

The greeting was a little awkward when we were asked if we had a reservation for lunch, but things quickly turned around. I ordered the salmon sandwich, and it completely stole the show.

This is easily one of the better salmon sandwich I've had. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and balanced, and the house-baked bread was the real secret weapon: crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. One bite in, and any awkward first impressions were forgotten. I'll definitely be back.“

The person that answered the phone had a really pleasant customer focused manner , nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite. “My 1st time here. It was a weeknight and barely anyone was there, which worked out for us as we where a large party celebrating my nieces 30th birthday. The atmosphere was great - we sat outside. The food was amazing (although their chicken wings were over fried and extra crunchy). The beer selection was great! The service was great! I will definitely be back. The food is from a food truck that is there permanently.
They also had like 3 sets of cornhole games, awesome ex-large benches and lots of cool lawn chairs.“

I ordered the Jager Schnitzel and the pork was prepared flawlessly in the most savory mushroom sauce. My wife ordered the pan seared salmon, which was cooked to perfection. The side of German pasta was delicious. We will definitely be returning the next time we head to Pleasanton.“

“My Wife and I went last night. Great Margarita's! I had a basic house lime and it was served with salt and pepper on one half of the rim - very nice. I had the Dos Mole Enchilada plate which had one traditional Mole that was excellent and one green Pipian Mole, that was also very delicious and unique. My Wife had Red sauce Enchiladas which she also liked a lot. Presentation was top notch and the young woman who served us was sweet and attentive without being overbearing. Nice laid back atmosphere and not too loud (it wasn't busy though being a Wednesday night - it may be loud on weekends). Highly recommended and We will be returning! Tequila's is a keeper and I just hope it lasts, that location seems cursed as so many places have quickly come and go over the years.“

I got stuck in this commercial cesspool for four and a half hours and wandered around for 3 of them trying to find decent food worth the price or some store that wasn't marked up for garbage. “First time visiting Retro Junkie since it was WPLJs back when I still drank alcohol, now over ten years. My buddy and gym partner told me about the emo cover band and I had to check it out. Brought my fiance and we had a fun evening. We played pool for a few games. People started showing up. And then the band started to play. They played so many great songs and were truly putting on a performance. There were tacos outside and wouldn't you know it they didn't charge for water. I'm going to have to keep my eye on this place to see about future shows.“
