“We were at the Khaki to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a great evening and we enjoyed the food here. Everything we tried was delicious, even the chutnies with Papad platter were good.
Jackfruit cutlets, Paneer Pineheels were my most favorite from the evening. Gobhi Musallam was good too.
I tried saffron lemon drop and it was okay. I couldn't get any saffron other than the color. Server explained that it's saffron infused vodka but it didn't come through. Overall drinks were okay, not as good as the food for sure.
Definitely a place I will come back for sure though.“

“Had been here today (Sunday) for lunch. I had a good experience overall. We sat outside as the weather was nice and sunny. The staff is very friendly and courteous towards guests. The food menu is good with variety of options for both veg and non veg lovers. I had lemon pepper chicken and it was very well prepared, it was nice juicy and tasty. “I had a takeout pizza from this restaurant last night first of all the customer service was absolutely excellent. The person that answered the phone had a really pleasant customer focused manner , nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite. The pizza was absolutely amazing , I hate anything that is too heavy and it was so light and lovely , the ingredients tasted extremely fresh , I would 100% recommend this place based upon my first experience and I will be back thanks so much 🥰“

“This place was the single redeeming thing in the area. I got stuck in this commercial cesspool for four and a half hours and wandered around for 3 of them trying to find decent food worth the price or some store that wasn't marked up for garbage. No dice. Finally found this place tucked away, so thankful. Had a couple drinks and chatted with old locals. Definitely support this place. In general I'll be avoiding the area but if I ever find myself there again I'll definitely go in for a drink and to get a brake from the depressing retail area outside.“

“I recommend y’all check this place out! Our server was Betty! Her service was 10/10. The food and drinks were great! You can tell they really care about the presentation of their food and cocktails! As someone who works in the restaurant industry you can tell the workers like what they do! Will definitely come back. I didn’t take any pictures of our food but I did of a few drinks we had. I ordered the “Sangron” and Espresso martini for dessert they were both great! Their margaritas were also very tasty. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.“

“After over 30 years, our local czech place (DJ's Bistro in Concord) closed, so we took a longish drive to Pleasanton (45 min each way) to Naschmarkt.

We love good eastern European/German food and given the long drive, we tried a lot of things and took a bunch home. The sausage plate was great with three big sausages, mustard, fantastic potatoes with cucumber and dill, sauerkraut, and red cabage. It was worth the drive just for this sausage plate and pilsner. We did not love the sausage of the day (an English banner with a bit too much bread in it) and will substitute it next time. The arugula and beet salad was wonderful, with generous, perfectly roasted, beets and a well balanced dressing with a good feta. The jägerschnitzel (unbreaded schnitzel with rich mushroom gravy) was fantastic. I got the pork version (they also have veal) and asked for it with spaetzle and sauerkraut. The jägerschnitzel had lots of flavor and there was delicious gravy with plenty of mushrooms. We LOVE good spaetzle and this was among the very best – soft and flavorful, absorbing the gravy perfectly.

They have a full bar with interesting cocktails along with great beers (including dark and pilsner) and wines including Rieslings (a few wonderfully dry). The apple strudel was good, with excellent ice cream (but my Hungarian grandma would not call it “strudel” – it was spiced apple in a puff pastry shell, which was good, but is not “strudel” which has many thin layers of puff pastry and spiced apple). The Fiaker=Double espresso with cherry brandy & whipped cream was perfect. We are looking forward to going back soon.“
