“Wonderful Food & Excellent Service
I had a wonderful experience at Khaki in San Ramon, The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was full of flavor specially paneer pinwheel , lamb burrah kabab and there chilli cheese one of thebest in bay area and also the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.Overall, Khaki is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back again.“

“The three meals were delicious. However, I did order GF angel hair pasta with my meal, but a different type of pasta was used. I took a gluten pill before eating it, so I had no problem, but some people who are not helped with the special pill would have become terribly sick. My allergy to gluten is moderate, but two acquaintances of mine absolutely cannot tolerate any gluten. If GF angel hair was not available, then someone should have called me because risotto would have been fine.“

The person that answered the phone had a really pleasant customer focused manner , nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite. “I discovered this great gem of a bar during the final Hayward B street block party of the season! The owner was very friendly & the bar tender was amazing! She was working so hard because it was super busy. I ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken wings & they were the best I'd ever had. YUM!! “First time visiting Dust Bowl Brewing with my family, and we had an awesome experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and exactly the kind of place you want to find when you’re looking for a great spot to spend time with your family without feeling rushed.

A huge part of what made our visit so enjoyable was our server, David. He was exceptional. Right away, he noticed that my wife might be getting cold and, without hesitation, he offered to turn on the heater for her. That small gesture really stood out to us. It showed that he was paying attention and genuinely cared about our experience. Throughout our visit, he was constantly hustling from table to table, helping everyone with an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm, but he never made us feel rushed or overlooked.

David also gave me a great beer recommendation, checked in on us throughout the meal without being overbearing, and was just genuinely a pleasure to talk to. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who takes pride in providing great service, and David definitely falls into the latter category. He is the kind of server who can turn a good restaurant experience into a memorable one, and Dust Bowl is lucky to have him.

The beer was great as well. I tried the Therapist and the Confused Therapist, and really enjoyed both. The food actually exceeded our expectations. My wife had the brisket burger, which we both agreed was the best brisket burger either of us has ever had. I had the Korean chicken burger, and we also shared the nachos. Everything was excellent, and there wasn’t a single thing we ordered that disappointed us.

What I really appreciated, though, was the overall experience. It’s surprisingly hard to find a place that has great food and drinks, a relaxed atmosphere, genuinely outstanding service, and is still family-friendly. Our kids had fun, especially with the cornhole, while we were able to sit back, enjoy our food and drinks, and actually relax.

We’ll definitely be back and are already adding Dust Bowl to our list of favorite local spots. And if you happen to get David as your server, you’re in for an especially great experience. He was fantastic!“

“This spot in Danville has good music that keeps the place moving without trying too hard. The crowd feels like real people who are there to enjoy the night rather than show off. Drinks are reasonably priced, so it is easy to settle in and stay for a while. The atmosphere is relaxed and a little noisy in a fun way, with bands that make the room feel alive. It is the kind of place where you can have a simple night out, listen to solid music, talk to friendly folks, and feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.“

“My Wife and I went last night. Great Margarita's! I had a basic house lime and it was served with salt and pepper on one half of the rim - very nice. I had the Dos Mole Enchilada plate which had one traditional Mole that was excellent and one green Pipian Mole, that was also very delicious and unique. My Wife had Red sauce Enchiladas which she also liked a lot. Presentation was top notch and the young woman who served us was sweet and attentive without being overbearing. Nice laid back atmosphere and not too loud (it wasn't busy though being a Wednesday night - it may be loud on weekends). Highly recommended and We will be returning! Tequila's is a keeper and I just hope it lasts, that location seems cursed as so many places have quickly come and go over the years.“

“This place was the single redeeming thing in the area. I got stuck in this commercial cesspool for four and a half hours and wandered around for 3 of them trying to find decent food worth the price or some store that wasn't marked up for garbage. No dice. Finally found this place tucked away, so thankful. Had a couple drinks and chatted with old locals. Definitely support this place. In general I'll be avoiding the area but if I ever find myself there again I'll definitely go in for a drink and to get a brake from the depressing retail area outside.“

“First time visiting Retro Junkie since it was WPLJs back when I still drank alcohol, now over ten years. My buddy and gym partner told me about the emo cover band and I had to check it out. Brought my fiance and we had a fun evening. We played pool for a few games. People started showing up. And then the band started to play. They played so many great songs and were truly putting on a performance. There were tacos outside and wouldn't you know it they didn't charge for water. I'm going to have to keep my eye on this place to see about future shows.“
