Let's be clear, we're still eating chain-style fast food pizza, but there is no chain pizza in SoCal better than this place. I'd even claim this place is on the top 5 list of all pizza places in Orange County. It really is that good.

I went with a large half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. The basics. It was undeniably perfect. You can tell right away that the ingredients and dough are fresh and that the pizza is taken seriously. The taste took me right back to sleep overs and birthday parties in the 90's.

The only downside to this place is that it's small and busy, but even still, the employees all seem happy and handle your order quickly.

Even the price is great if you ask for the right deal. A tad more expensive than the other chains, but so worth it.
