“Excellent crispy no flop New York Thin Crust pizza. I only had the Pepperoni slice as they were out of cheese and all meat slices. I'm still surprised how good it was. I would call ahead and just order a pie if you like hardcore, crisp, no flop New York Thin Crust Pizza. Hard to find anywhere in California or West of New York for that matter.“

“I'm not a huge fan of pizza in general. I'll certainly eat it if that's what's available, but I don't generally seek it out. Rafael's, though? I often crave it. It's SO good. The crust is perfectly crisp and chewy, and it's not soaked in grease like your typical chain restaurant cheap pizza. Everything is very fresh, and any time we have friends over with kids, this is where we order our pizzas from. So glad we found this place!“

“I initially ordered 2 calzones with 3 toppings each. They quoted me 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we were met by Fernando who informed us the employees were extremely busy and misread the order. They stated they can remake the order and have it ready within 10 minutes. Fernando was extremely friendly and courteous throughout the ordeal and even allowed us to add additional items to an already placed order. The calzones were delicious and Fernando ensured our order was made to perfection. I highly recommend ordering food from here, will definitely be a recurring client.“

Parking: If u go in on first st it's a Tight squeeze, but if you're going from the side.There's more parking around the other buildings in the same lot

But if not, I hope they value her a lot and pay her very well, we love the pizza and wings at this place, they are amazing, I got to see how Mrs. She answers the phone (which doesn't stop ringing), she attends to the customers who arrive, she grills the pizzas, she puts together the boxes, she charges EVERYTHING, my respects to her... simply WOW... and the pizza is always so delicious. .. Parking: There is plenty of parking so it doesn’t stress you out after a long day at work.

“I ordered my pizza in their parking lot. It took them a solid 20 minutes to create two specialty pizzas along with Parmesan bites. They were courteous and kind. The place was clean. They brought my food directly to me and offered plates and napkins. Was completely satisfied and happy with my order and service here. Would definitely recommend.“
