“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Patrick. Celeste proceeded to take my order & answered my questions I had about the menu items. Celeste was very efficient & service was great! Both Patrick & Celeste were very nice & efficient. Other customters came in while I dined in and the also got the same treatment. Food was fresh & very good! I highly recommend this Subway. Will definitely visit again! Thank you Patrick & Celeste!

“Love this location. It's perfectly tucked away inside the gas station. It's fresh and quick. The staff are Always smiling and pleasant. Those fresh baked cookies have burned an image and savory flavor in my brain . Man theseare best when they haven't been sitting on the rack all day..“
“Good news! The staff is friendly and helpful. Ingredients and food choices always seem to be in stock. Patrons also get the added benefit of having Chevron's Extra Mile choice of convenience store items in arm's reach. Bad news... It's weird, it smells like gasoline outside. Hm.“
“Honestly, props to the girl that was handling this lunch rush today. There was a man being so rude to her and she still was being very professional. I’m not sure what kind of management has only one person scheduled on a Saturday during lunch rush but, I feel for her.“
“This subway is one of my favorites for those who work in the area know the liquor store on corner this is the spot the strip haha this subway anyway has the freshest bread,meats and veggies,plus what makes the place great besides the food is the à ladies in the back working both remind me of family like my abuela back home always making me laugh they give reasonable amount of things or suggest what is good with what,and their quick even with a 30 min lunch they are good with understanding ones time,anyways I'll check back this week to add a picture!! “I stopped by while shopping with my son, who was visiting the US mainland for the first time.The female staff member at the counter was very kind and listened to my son's unfamiliar orders as he could not speak English. My son was able to order without our help and seemed happy. The taste of the sandwich seemed to be exceptional.It was a wonderful memory. thank you.“
“This subway is great. I've been to many subways and usually get bad customer service. I came to this one late at night 6 minutes before closing time, i figured they would tell me they were closed or atleast be rude, to my surprise the young man was nice and polite. “I am very pleased with the dining room remodel here. I love the green and yellow neon Subway “S” on the wall. The workers made me and my friend feel well taken care of. We will gladly return. Even though I live on the other side of Santa Ana, this restaurant is worth the trip.“
“Every time I go in you're out of chicken noodle soup. If you know that it's one of your best sellers, why don't you heat up extra batches. Very disappointing.
Edit. The several times I've been in lately, I've left happy because you've had chicken soup thanks to an older employee you have working there. I didn't get his name but he's an excellent employee and gives great customer service. Keep up the good work ?“
“Used to be 24 hrs but changed times. I've been going here for YEARS since its mere minutes from my home. Its gone through many changes to, which is surprising but comforting to know it always gets far better than it does worse. (Giving it 5 since its currently much better. At one point however, items were insanely portion controlled where it was more bread then whatever it is you wanted. It had a rat problem too and generally was understaffed back then.) Food is still nice, but late night visits tend to have less bread options since its not a 24/7 store so stock runs out near the end and its completely understandable. TLDR Store has gone through ups and downs, mainly ups. Service is great, cant make everyone happy however. Food is as expected good but not jaw dropping great.“

“This place of Subway has a really good healthy appetite for good diet sandwiches to enjoy you can stay on a strict diet they got chicken tuna all the other good cold cuts and all the other types of food and including veggie sandwiches I recommend Subway to anyone who wants to get a good sub“

“I ordered a #6 with avocado and bacon combo. Food was hot and fresh. I also had the broccoli cheese soup, it was delicious. The only thing is that there was a discrepancy on the receipts. I had ordered 3 times this past week and none of the receipts match. Makes me wonder. The difference is not much, but all 3 should match if I ordered the same.“
“I visited this location right after a show at the Segerstrom. I hadn’t been to a subway in years, but this was the only place open after 10pm. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The whole process was quick. I ordered the Veggie Patty. The girl who helped me, Yesenia or Yasmin, was really nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. The sandwich was delicious and came loaded with veggies.I love that they are open late. Parking is ample lot parking. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.“
“Today I walked into subway I was dripping wet from the rain literally my shirt was drenched and I had my EBT card out ready to pay for the two cups of soup and the nice lady came to ring me up and said " your all wet" I said "I know it's ok" she said let me buy your soup for you ...that was really nice of her to do that ...so thanks again to the lady who works at Subway on Grand and Edinger!! There aren't very many people who do that around now a days.“
