We were able to get a table in 15mins however I heard the wait time was an hour as we exited, it gets busy for a reason.The food is really good. Their chowder was good, I like mine with some chunky veggies, this did not have that but flavor wise it was good. Shrimp cocktail with slaw was fresh and full of flavor. The cauliflower and calamari are pictured. They were delicious. I had the scallops and my hubs had the mahi mahi. He loved his mine was good. The server was kind and sweet. The view was amazing. You can sit in or outside.

The boathouse is a place I come a few times a year and it's always delicious. My favorite is the eggs benedict and also I like their blood orange margarita.Dog gone and I can't find the photo of our eggs benedict but it had salmon on top that they cure in house and is mind-blowing
