Santa Barbara Carl's is the best! Everything is always fresh. I really enjoy most Carl's, but the SB restaurant is divine!
Food is always perfect and speedy, restaurant is spotless, and the staff are top notch- always greeting with a smile and some of the staff even remember my name after a while of me coming here.
Alma was excellent, she was smiling the whole time and so helpful to everyone she came in contact with and that is rare in this day and age of customer service. The owner happened to be there and I gave her high ratings said she was top notch. I don't eat fast food but when I do the experience is usually subpar but this experience was excellent today!
