Best to place order through app or suffer the long lines. Always busy..Need more workers that are fluent in english speaking.Difficult to reach by phone - will hang up on youProblem with loitering and homeless begging for food at the door. Never seen a worker ask them to leave.
I give this place 5 stars. We are on our way home to SLO county from Universal Studios and we stopped here for lunch. Lots of parking and they were mostly full. Went inside and they had a lot of kiosks and cashiers ready to take your order. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and not vandalized. The cashier was very nice and didn’t make us feel rushed. Mc Donald's is not how it used to be where kids used to have an area for themselves. There's a limit on how long you can occupy while you "enjoy" your meal. There's no WiFi at this location. The inside is dull and boring. There's no drive thru for this location. Order was wrong again. English must not be their first language or something wrong with the way people are talking to them about their orders.
