This was my first ever time at Burma bay and definitely won't be my last. My coworkers have been here during their soft opening which was great (you eat for free as part of their kitchen training)!Our server was Hannah and she was the best. After ordering our food I casually mentioned "I'm so hungry, I'm ready to eat"And not even 2 minutes later, another server came and brought us our tea leaf salad. Came on a Tuesday evening and we were able to get seated right away. It's quite a spacious restaurant and they still had a fair amount of people dining during the weekday.Our party of three got the Tea Leaf Salad to share and I ordered the Burmese Pad Thai. The Tea Leaf Salad might be an acquired taste for some, but I personally found it to be quite refreshing. I loved the Pad Thai, it was very flavorful and filling. Service was also delightful, our waitress was super nice!
