“Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one. Sheila Washington, who left the one star review below me, can safely be ignored. She must be the Cookie Monster. Anyways, eat cookies from here and support the business.“

“I have to admit I had somewhat of a disappointing experience on my first go around however I spoke to the manager and he was beyond helpful in making it right. Cold stone always has fantastic product but service is what you’re looking for and I think that the management at this chain goes above and beyond.“

“I had the pleasure of working with the team at this store to celebrate my sister's recent achievement—she completed her Bachelor’s degree a semester early! I wanted to surprise her with a cake that would not only reflect her graduation but also add to the special occasion. Despite it being December and the busy Christmas season (a time when graduation-themed decorations aren’t exactly in abundance), the staff went above and beyond to make it happen.

The employees went out of their way to search the back for the perfect decorations to fit the graduation theme. I truly appreciated their effort and dedication. When the cake arrived, I was blown away by both the taste and the thoughtful presentation. The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, making it a memorable part of my sister’s celebration.

The customer service I received was exceptional—everyone was kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. “There is a little wait outside (only 4 people are allowed in at a time) but the employees are fairly fast. They had all of the flavors stocked, the place was clean and had everything you would need including souvenirs or little gifts. Had the lemon raspberry cake which was a special, and it was pretty good. There is seating outside as well.“

When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!“

“Loved their Burnt Almond cupcake. The lady at the register said it was their most popular and I definitely see why. The cake is very fluffy and moist while the frosting was sweet and plentiful but not overpowering. Loved the toasted almond topping.
I do think that $5+ for a cupcake is a little expensive I was happy with my little treat.“
