“Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one. Sheila Washington, who left the one star review below me, can safely be ignored. She must be the Cookie Monster. Anyways, eat cookies from here and support the business.“

“Ordered cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chips and brownie bites in a chocolate covered waffle cone with sprinkles.

The brownie bites were super fudgy and the base ice cream was very creamy but the chocolate chip tasted second grade.

Can tone down the sweetness overall. 👍“

“I needed dairy-free cupcakes and didn't have any good recipes offhand that I had tried - and I didn't want to chance it. So I ordered vegan red velvet from Frost and they were great! Larger sized, great crumb texture, and beautifully decorated. The team was really helpful and friendly when I sent an email inquiry and the shop was really cute when I arrived. I hadn't heard of Frost before but I look forward to going back and trying other flavors in the future! Parking was also easy in that spot, and it's close to 880 which makes it really convenient - always a plus!“

“I live in Palo Alto- I usually get stuff over there but i was out and about Milpitas and ordered Triple Bundtlet Tower via APP- 8/15 5 PM pick up- I got there and my order was a few minutes delayed. Literally 3-4 mins - it was my lemon cake that took a tiny bit longer to get ready - I didnt mind it at all. To my surprise, even for that couple of minutes of a waiting - Vishika (hope I spelled it right) at the front and I didn't get a chance to get the other wonderful team member's name that offered me extra bundtlet, as well as Tran that gave my order with another sincere apologies all handled the situation extraordinarily well. I was simply blown away with these 3 people's amazing service! And when I got home, it was the best bundtlet i've ever had. YUM!!!! I had to get going so I couldnt thank each one of you once more in person lol. So here you go. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much! “I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!“

Friendly & professional service. They’re very popular so it was jammed packed inside but they move quickly. Adorable knickknacks for funny or celebratory occasions. You can choose a wide variety of occasions that they’ll customize your cake for: gender reveals, birthdays, anniversary’s, etc. Over the years, I have received many large size Bundt cakes as my bday cake.

They have seasonal flavors that are promoted for short stints but always carry the classic flavors. To my surprise, I was gifted the insulated bag to carry my 4 cakes which was a sweet little bonus.“
