The environment is comfortable, and the service staff will come back regularly to patrol and refill water. The white-chopped chicken is tender and juicy, with springy skin. Xiaolongbao and pan-fried buns are also juicy and should be eaten while hot. Fried rice is average.Overall highly recommended…
Decent tasting food, good portions, and at a reasonable price. The service is a pretty standard post COVID process especially for a Chinese restaurant. You scan a QR code at the table to order and a waiter brings it to you once it’s ready. Other than that, the staff doesn’t really bother you unless you call them over.I’d say it’s a good place for comfort food in the mall especially compared to some of the higher rated restaurants in the mall that have ridiculous lines.

Ishanghai delight is our favorite Shanghainese place in Bay Area, we are so happy they opened a store in this area. We always order xiaolongbao, pan fried buns, and the soup. Their xiaolongbao is the best, great wrap, flavorful filling and a lot of soup inside (almost a spoonful), even the pan fried bun has soup inside.
