The two overweight employees are rude , they chat a lot and ignore customers, I told my co workers and neighbors about it and to stop going there .
Most of the time they don’t even call by your name even dough they ask for your name at the beginning.
I don't know how hard it is to take a order for coffee.
I ordered a large javiva, when my name was called it was a medium. The person serving the coffee said it was rung up as a medium. Even though I explicitly said large. And instead of allowing me to pay the difference for the large and getting me a large I was told sorry we can't do that.

Great coffee and friendly service; however, I visited during a busy time and the place was mobbed. Took quite a while to get my beverage. It was hot and tasty, though.
