“Ten Ren is hands-down my favorite boba spot in the Cupertino area, their tea tastes like tea and the flavors added are not too overwhelming. “The drink is good, but the boba is a bit tougher than I prefer. The main reason it loses a star is that there is absolutely nowhere to sit and enjoy your drink. There is a bar to stand by while waiting for your drink, but there are no chairs or tables. Pretty much you can get your drink and then leave. The surrounding area is also pretty bad to hang out in, it's just a parking lot and then a road that constantly has cars passing by at high speed, though that goes for all the stores in this area. However, the lack of seating makes this much more evident for this place in particular.“

“I like their Teas very much! The quality, taste and price! Red tea Dragonfly black tea is very mellow and nourishes the stomach, and it can also lose weight! Gaba Tea has very little caffeine, and the taste is relatively light, suitable for drinking in the afternoon. Oriental beauty tea is also very good!“

“My favorite milk tea/boba place in the Bay Area. The prices of their drinks haven't risen like other chains, their tea is of high quality, and the staff make drinks in the fastest time.While there isn't much seating room inside, one can quickly order and grab and go. The staff speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English and one can either name the drinks or provide a number, and they incredibly know which number matches each drink.My favorite drink here is the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with pearls; however, any milk teas from here taste delicious!“

“Teaspoon Milpitas is pretty good and consistent with their drink quality. I always grab a drink here before or after visiting Daeho. My favorite drink here will be the liquid gold because of the balance flavor between oolong tea and creama that gives a refreshing taste. The staff who works here are very nice and pretty fast at making the drinks. There's seating in the boba shop as well so you can sit and enjoy your drinks.“

“Nov 9 2025, our first time here. We only tried 2 drinks but they were great! They have snacks like a bubble waffle, I'm sure it's tasty. Cool atmosphere, not too loud, you can have a convo without telling. The place is clean, there are a few tables (regular & high tops) that fit up to 4 people, ada accessible. The employees are nice, she answered my questions about the drinks. We got 1) the Mochi milk tea (black tea) 25% sugar, the whipped topping was added sweetness to milk tea as well, I prob could've did 0% sweet and still liked it and 2) Caramel Coffee Latte (iced) 50% sweet & added boba, the coffee flavor was really good and the light & airy crunchy caramel thing they add in was really good too! Great price point on the drinks too. $5-$8 bucks. We'll be back for more!“

I ordered the strawberry green tea with boba. Tea flavor was ok, but boba was a bit inconsistent.

Overall, ok spot. Would be open to trying it again to see if it was a one-off issue.

“The only reason i’m writing this review is because of the service. I was pretty nervous to order something new so when i got an okinawa milk tea (D11) i realized my mistake. i had got it with fresh milk meaning the drink was almost entirely milk. However, as i told the cashier my conundrum, the cashier was still incredibly nice and welcoming. she offered to make me the okinawa roasted milk tea (D13) to replace the one i already ordered. and nail in the coffin was that the new drink is now one of my favorites. she was completely understanding and sweet and i’m definitely coming back!! <33“

“Consider this a 3.5. The boba was off but good, the taste really, it was chewy and firm. The tea was good (I got less sweet but regular would have been fine as someone who likes little to no sugar in tea. The staff were very friendly and upfront. There was a reasonable amount of ice in the drink. The price was average.“

“I think they have one of the best green thai tea around the area. Just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. I get it with half ice and half sweet. My wife likes the hibiscus tea they have here. Overall, there is plenty of space and seating. You order by a kiosk and then wait for your number or name to be called.“

“We love this T4—I've practically funded their business with how much I've spent here over the past three years.
But honestly, the quality of the boba has really gone downhill. It’s sad to see the authentic, soft pearls replaced by something less memorable.

Owners, please take notice—bring back the good old boba, or you might lose loyal customers like us. We’re rooting for you to get it right again!“

“Had a bad experience years ago in this location. But today I walked in and ordered 2 drinks, got them ready in 5 minutes. Both tasted great. Drinks were place in mini cooler bag, the bag is very cute. I hope this store can stay this way in the long run.
I guess going here on weekdays can avoid long wait.
