“This Wendy's has great employees that never screw up your order and they always serve fresh food. The only thing weird here is, corporate is measuring each Wendy's drive-through times and now it appears that the store managers are asking their employees to ask customers to back their cars up so they don't count as being at the window waiting for food. I sure hope that if good drive-through metrics results any bonus that the bonus is passed on to the employees.“
“First of all wow just wow. This place is absolutely splendid may I say. I usually get the medium baconator combo with lemonade (I used to get the strawberry lemonade but then I stopped idk why) and it is fantastic everytime. Whoever the chef is just needs to know that they are absolutely amazing.“
“I just stopped by for breakfast at Wendys, it's the first time I've waited 20 minutes. He charged me for the offer that said 2 hamburgers and coffee and fries. He charged me the total. He made me wait 20 minutes while he attended to everyone from the dry toooo.He only gave me 1 burger and coffee. He told me that only 1 hamburger came, a lady came behind me and asked for the same thing, he served her instantly that's not good. Improve your staff. They should serve everyone the same. I will never return to any Wendy's in my life.“
“Super Great Staff! Gentleman with the mustache and glasses, very patient and diligent in his work, admire it. Always help with my order, never complain, even when I'm drinking up their Mellow Yellow, (because it's the only place you can get Mellow Yellow here.) Very very good customer service. And to prove Im not a company advocate, I believe these employees should have a reasonable percentage raise. They deserve it.“
