“Super friendly staff everytime. They never forget the sauces. They do skip out if you input "extra" anything but that's okay (you will be given only a single piece of lettuce/tomato/etc even if you select "extra").Mostly, I'm just excited to finally have a fast food option within easy walking distance from my office. It's been maybe 10 years of only overpriced restaurants in the area. Having basically only a Fogo de Chao has been absolutely useless when nobody can afford to eat there for both money and time. Smaller restaurants on the block are overpriced as well due to being small businesses. We have Subway but it's always blocked off by homeless plus I never feel like eating there anyway. Very happy to have Wendy's.The fountain drinks machine needs much better routine maintenance for cleanliness. It's usually very dirty and extremely sticky so I avoid getting beverages. I would very much prefer for the soft drinks to not be self-serve considering the homeless situation in the area. Apart from sanitation, it invites people to take advantage and stay there forever.Other than that, this place is amazing!“
“Did the drive through was pleasant enough, and there was no traffic heading their ( although it was about 2300 at the time )or line of cars waiting to order maybe perhaps because of the time this tool place or maybe this place isn't all that good but they say that this place doesn't cut corners so with that in mind I took a chance and went on to order I went with the old faithful which was their cheese burger (that's not the name of the cheese burger there that's what I call it when trying out new burger place) I was a splendid combo including drink fries and of course the burger AND IT'S TRUE about the no corners cut rumor its a square patty lol the whole meal was tasty I will say this as a disclaimer I choose their lemonade there is no refills when choosing a lemonade I learned that by asking if they would top off the drink unfortunately no the cashier said but! I could give you any other drink of your choice I greatly surprised by that answer if I could remember that dudes name, so I could give him a proper shout-out well reader this review has come to its end hopefully by reading this it'll help you reach clarity and enlightenment.Wheelchair accessibility: Have wheelchair its accessible BUT no button to facilitate opening the door. “Kudos to the ManagerCame through the drive thru late night, ordered $30 worth of food. The food was not good. I called the store around noon and the Manager was very gracious and fully replaced the food, made sure the food was delicious. Handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. Will be returning.“
“I just left this location with my Dave's double 3/21/2024 around 4pm. It was the tastiest, freshest Wendy's cheeseburger that I have ever had in my life (43 yrs.) The burger was hot, bun fresh, pickles crisp (I could actually taste them). My compliments to the staff there. I was received and served promptly AND it was delicious.“
