“Recommended by my partner during our date on a hot day, this boba shop is located in the back of a plaza in SGV, although a moderate size parking lot, it can fill out pretty quickly. The shop is small with no tables, only benches inside & outside, it could get pretty cramped in the shop since it was pretty busy when we arrived.

It's always nice to have a boba shop that has kiosk ordering & ordering via register. They have plentiful of menu options including specialties in oolong teas. Cups are a huge factor for me when reviewing drink shops and Chun Yang Tea is definitely on the higher quality side of cups. They're sturdy, cute design, and no spills.

My partner and I waited about 15 minutes for our drink during peak hours which is pretty quick. Highly recommend to order online ahead of time to skip waiting times.“

“I was doing a happy return nearby, and Ulta ran out of boxes to do returns and it’s over 100 degrees out today. So gotcha tea is right next door, and it was empty but clean and well air conditioned. The staff was quick with making my drink. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten tea here but honestly a great place if you just want a quick sweet treat. I got a mango green tea 75% sweet with reg ice and rainbow jelly, could have done 50% but loved the drink. Usually hate when I can’t taste the tea for flavored teas but it was perfect today.“

“My first time here but this is one of my niece's go to when in the area. The place itself was pretty busy but the line moves fast. I ordered the matcha vanilla oat latte. It wasn't too sweet and the matcha was not lost in the vanilla and oat milk. It was a refreshing drink that I can keep drinking all day long. The place was busy but clean. We placed our order on the kiosk and the people who gave us our our was super nice.“

“WOW! What a wonderful experience! Five stars on every thing. Our party of four enjoyed a relaxing fun afternoon. The décor was fun and lake a fantasy, There was so much to look at including a secret door to the party room. We started off with each of us receiving our own pot of tea. I ordered the Black Carmel, I loved it which is saying a lot considering I am picky about my tea. The tea pots are a good size, I believe I filled my cup three times. Then for the food, first was the scone. Oh my goodness the scone... it was beyond delicious and a good size. Next was the salad with a wonderful dressing. And then came out the master piece, two multi tiered china serving trays filled with five or six different types of sandwiches and a large array of beautiful mini deserts. It was all so beautiful and delicious. There flowers and berries adding to the beauty of it. And so much food we all had some to take home. We had the owner Elena as our server she has done a fantastic job creating an experience that you should not miss. If you have never been here you are truly missing out. “This place is super unique compared to others I’ve been to. With every drink you buy, you get a collectible bottle, and they’re not just for show. The bottles come with sturdy caps so you can reuse them for just about anything. It’s such a fun idea, and honestly, I’d keep coming back just to collect them all!

The boba itself is solid too with good texture and flavor. I came when they had Halloween-themed bottles, which are cute, but I’m really hoping they bring back the exercise-themed ones. Those were amazing! @__@“

“A small tea shop hidden in a corner of a plaza and a busy SGV. A spot that's been around for a long time and pretty consistent today. Recently my partner and I visited for their Mango Pomelo Sago BOGO and the order was ready pretty quickly. Interior is clean and staff was friendly. Easy pickup and go.

Similar to most Yi Fang locations, there's essentially no seating inside besides one bench and that's basically it. This location as a self ordering kiosk which is always a nice sight to see.

Drinks wise, I've tried many but my favorite is for sure their milk tea series, even though they're known for their fruit tea series, I find their milk teas to be very consistent as well. Their menu is extensive which can be a bit offsetting for you to pick your drink but I think it's a good part of their shop as they practically have every type of drink you want to order, from fruit teas, milk teas, cheese foams, etc.“

I’ve come to learn to enjoy the tea also, I want to taste the tea over the milk. This place has GREAT BOBA and I can taste the tea over the milk. “Ok my first time was awful bc I got a bad drink and I didnt not pre-order. 3cat is geniunely amazing but theres rules to get a good drink.

First dont get boba. Dont know why they never do boba good. Theres other amazing toppings like the mochi that I would personally choose.

Second always ALWAYS order online. Waits up to an hour sometimes and its important to order online so you can just go in and pick up. Everyone else also orders online too.

Fruit drinks here r rlly good and I would also recommend their matcha jasmine, super fragent and high quality“
